. Terrence Nelson was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He has written volumes of poetry and short stories, dating back from the time he was eleven years old. Several of his writings were completed under the pen name Arthur Ukenown. Terrence has acted in most forms of the craft, including mime, musical theatre, film, and, most notably, comedy theatre. A principle member of Ontario-based "Spidie-Sense Comedy Theatre" since 1996, he has performed on stages throughout Canada and the U.S. After studying Film and Video Production in Hawaii, Terrence interned at thriving independent cinema company "Killer Films" in New York City. There he landed crew work on his first feature, "Last Word on Paradise", directed by Ethan Hawke. He is now based in Toronto, Canada, and will soon be working on a motion picture adaptation of the Off-Broadway smash, "Hedwig and the Angry Inch", directed by John Cameron Mitchell. Terrence is currently developing his directorial feature film debut, scripting a story entitled "Nicotine Pirates", to be shot in Canada within the next two years. .
